I setup a create pass for Black Sheep on H&I and it does not record. If i setup single time record it does record. Using pi4 4gig

By chance is your pass set for "New" only? Double-check that it is set to "all episodes". Also, are the episodes it doesn't record ones that have recorded in the past? Only episodes that have not been already recorded will record by default, too.

No i made sure of that, it used to record the show a while back but not now

What does the pass look like if you look at the advanced view?
Is it using SeriesID == 341784

Slightly off topic but somewhat related question: what source is giving you the H&I channel?

Judging by the channel number, I'd assume cable vs. OTA.

Correct.
I get that channel both OTA and Cable, but only the Cable source gets fed to Channels DVR.
The OTA signal is handled by my TiVo Roamio.
