How to fix?

I'm having the same problem!
Submit diagnostics from the server after it happens.,
What source is the recordings from TVE or OTA?
the logs would tell you if there was signal issues with OTA, or network issues with a TVE stream.
How to access diagnostics? Several shows are unwatchable because so much of the recording is missing. It is from streaming channels, not over the air. Very frustrating.
Please go to Settings -> Support -> Submit Diagnostic Logs from your device and let us know when it's been submitted so we can have a better idea of what was going on.
I do not have access to the server. I am watching away from home where the server is located. Is there a way to access the diagnostic logs remotely?
You can submit the diagnostics from the device and we can view them.
If you want to access your own DVR logs, you can do it by going to https://my.channelsdvr.net/
