Recording not found -20

Hello, I am unable to play an imported TV show in its original format. Channels says "Recording not found (-20)"

However, when I change my playback quality to something else such as 8mbps it will transcode the file and on the DVR and then play fine.

I think this must be an issue with the channels iOS app not supporting the video file. (It is a .mkv) -- changing the quality means it is sent through ffmpeg and works fine

What does View Details show for that recording on the DVR web UI

The thumbnails are the stock images and have not been generated by channels as they usually are.

The only solution right now is to set download quality to 8mbps and then download the episode. This turns a 390mb file into a 780mb file though and takes a minute or two to download due to transcoding
