Recording Not Working Sometimes

I’ve noticed some of my season passes have disappeared. Regardless, trying to record a show currently on, i click record, Record again, takes me back to the show, but it’s not recording.

Channels DVR v3.2.13

Can you submit diagnostic logs from the app and the DVR?

Sent the app logs.

I’m in the DVR now on my PC, but not sure how to submit the logs

Click Help button then Submit Diagnostics

I ran into a very similar behavior recently. I eventually figured out I had a pass for that show and it had already been recorded at some point in the past. If the pass is not set to re-record deleted, it just silently fails like this. Not sure if this is the same issue but I thought I would mention it.
