I am a recent new user of Channels. Love it - so much so I bought a dedicated Synology DS218+ to run it from. It is an amazing solution. I am in UK and use HDHomeRun Quattro with UK Freeview HD - mostly don't bother with SD channels.
It has been almost flawless in use. I make us of recording passes. These mostly work. I had an instance last week where a new episode should have recorded but did not. I had noticed early in the week that the upcoming episode was not in scheduled recordings. Today I have scheduled a pass for a show tomorrow night (The Silent War on BBC4HD). The show does not appear in guide with recording indication. When I click on the show again I get an option to manage series pass rather than create a pass suggesting a pass exists. When I check on tvOS and iOS the DVR tab does indeed show a pass created for the show. Despite this the show does not appear to be scheduled for recording and does not show up in upcoming recordings.
All other shows I have scheduled this week for recording are all pass based and are all correctly scheduled so the pass and function is working as expected. I have tried deleting and recreating the pass and cannot understand why it is being missed.
Is this something anyone else has seen? This has now happened to two shows I have scheduled yet all other passes are working as normal. Is there any way I can diagnose or debug this?
I have attached some screen captures and can add any logs or diagnostics if I know what I am looking for. As I said, I am a new and learning channels user!
