Recording was interrupted?

Getting Recording was interrupted on many shows but less than half of recordings. I don't usually notice any flaw in the recording. Example from last night - well it scrolled off already.
That was off a channel from HDHR Prime (FiOS TV, TCM). It also recorded a couple other shows a bit earlier with no flaws at all. Later it recorded a TVE channel (Free Speech TV) also marked interrupted. My main question is what causes this status to be marked on the Recent Recordings list? Is it a blip in the stream from the device? Fail to start at expected time? Just would like to understand the circumstances that cause the message so I can try to troubleshoot. Issue has evolved to more frequent, over time (months).
With HDHR Prime (cable card) being decommissioned by FiOS later this year, not crucial but the techie in me wants to know the cause.

I get these a lot too, even though the recording plays back fine. Thanks for asking be question because I’ve been curious to know what causes this and why seemingly-fine recordings are reporting they’ve been interrupted.

What does the log show?

I get this too, but the recording usually looks fine.
I usually go to recordings a good while after the recording,
The log would likely be useless due to so many entries.
What would we look for?

Seems like the Prime stopped sending data. Any guesses as to what would cause that? Bad Prime? Network? Seems always to be the same Prime of the two I use. (I searched on "no data was received".) At that point in the recording there is a slight stutter, with the stream interrupted and repeated for a fraction of a second. If it mattered it could be edited, but it was actually on interstitial stuff after the movie.
