Even though I have deselected weak channels, they still get recorded. I have deleted and then recreated passes and it still records - not very often, but occasionally. I have a Quatro and a Synology 218+ NAS.
What do you mean by "de-selected"?
If you go to my.hdhomerun.com and hide them, they will not be used for recording or watching.
Remember also, channels favorited or disabled in a client will not change their status on the DVR server. You must favorite/disable a channel through the DVR server web UI or through the tuner's web UI in order for the changes to be seen by the DVR.
