Recording won't start in browser but plays in app

Subject says it all. Here's a video of what I see in the watch tab, including stopping and restarting playing. Cursor just spins and spins. Latest DVR pre-release 1/19. Plays fine in ATV and iOS apps.

I've seen the same thing, and am running 2023.01.14.0039. It doesn't happen on EVERY recording, but a few of them so far. Only since I started running this version.

I rolled back to version 2023.01.13.1949 and the issue remains for me.

I believe I did isolate the issue to only occurring on ESPN+ recordings (the 2 recordings I have had an "Interrupted" flag in the information header if that matters). TVE and OTA recordings seem to work fine in the browser.
