How are recordings tagged for station number and name/logo. I have quite a few with the wrong information. I know why, but just don't know if it can be corrected. Current recordings in the library have the station number they were recorded on and the station logo above them, but after reworking some custom m3u's the original recording station number and logo are incorrect. I don't think it hurts anything, but seems if the recordings were tagged to the gracenote data instead of the the channel number, the info might update after tweaking the custom m3u's and reworking channel numbers. I would be interested in knowing if this is something that is a known issue, or something that can be corrected. Thanks
This information cannot be edited. If you changed your channel numbers after the fact, then the channels showing will match the current channels that have the original channel number they were recorded on.
