I’m having issues with some episodes getting mixed-up in the app.
I live in Montreal, a french speaking part of Canada and we are getting a local French version of “The Simpsons” that are called “Les Simpsons”. I created a season pass and recording it daily. On the server’s hard drive, they are stored in a folder labeled “Les Simpsons” and all is good. But I am also recording the english version of “The Simpsons” that we are also getting here. On the server’s hard drive, the english version are stored in a separated folder appropriately named “The Simpsons”. Everything’s fine so far.
But, when browsing my recordings in the app, The Simpsons and Les Simpsons are mixed together. I have two separates shows listed. The first one, I assume, should have been the French version and the second one the English version. But no. The first show contains French only episodes while the second show contains a mixture of English episodes and French ones.
I understand it could be hard and confusing to sort for an automated system.
My question is this : I there a way to manually move the episodes to the correct show? Can I try and rename some files on the hard drive? But the weird thing is that all English shows are correctly labeled as “the Simpsons” and the French one are correctly labeled as “Les Simpsons”. It’s the app that mix them up.
I could live with a un unified view of all the French and english shows if possible. Just don’t know how to make it happen.
