Just noticed this as well. Based on my recording history; been down since Thursday. Im using directv to authenticate.
It's not working on their website either. It plays one ad and then freezes.
So the problem is at the source, not in Channels.
Need to contact Reelz and report the issue.
Same issue here online. 18 seconds then nothing. I sent a message in Facebook Messenger but other than that I found no contact method.
So did I! 
Not holding my breath for a reply. 
Another option would be Twitter but I don't have an account.
I might consider it though because of situations like this one. I think companies tend to be more responsive on Twitter, for some reason.
I don’t have Twitter either and don’t care to get it. As is I don’t like Facebook.

I never got any replies.
I just checked the stream now and it's working again. I don't know exactly when it was fixed but it's back. 
Reelz works now but not Sundance (6085) - WE (6089). Getting an xml error.
