Refreshing Metadata From PlayOn Home

I am using PlayOn Home to record from Netflix, Hulu, etc.

I have added the folder that PlayOn Home records to in the "Local Content" section in settings.

The problem is that it seems as though Channels DVR is "picking up" the file very early while PlayOn is still recording it. This creates problems with the metadata. Very specifically, the length of the file (time) is completely wrong (like -32000 minutes).

If I go into the show and select "Refresh Metadata", the duration (and thumbnail) is correctly updated.

Is there some way to make it either wait, or to automatically refresh the metadata?

This happens to me as well.
Playon Home to Channels on Shield TV.
I cop the file via a powershell script which removes the ads.

After I manually refresh it works fine.
