Remote Access Broken

I'm seeing an issue with the remote access. I have a few DVRs and all are accessable remotely using my IP but a few of them are failing using "my.channelsdvr.net". The common denominator I've found is that the newer dvr's that have a ".u." in the DDNS address assigned by Channels are the ones that are failing to connect. Not sure if that is just a coincidence or not.
