Remote Access Could Not Get Response

After Troubleshooting, I got this message via Channels DVR Web...

Remote Access

Could not read response from community.getchannels.com: invalid character '<' looking for beginning of value

How can this be fixed?

Please go to Help -> Submit Diagnostic Logs from the web interface of the DVR and let us know when it's been submitted so we can have a better idea of what was going on.
