I can remotely access the DVR and see the guide and see the passes but when I go to watch from the guide it crashes no tuners found.
What device and version of the app? Can you submit crash diagnostics after it happens?

I did send diagnostics Samsung Note 9 ... works locally ... Channels DVR (9140327)
Happened to me yesterday as well while trying to remotely stream an in-progress recording. Pixel 2 - I submitted the crash diagnostics.
Does not work also on my Tab S4.
New build 9162052 uploaded with fix.
same problem not fixed.
