Remote access died today

Here’s the log from when I tried to access live channels today in Safari (I also get ‘Tuner not Available’ when trying to access it on iOS Beta):

I did update to the newest firmware on my Dual last night. Is that update causing this issue?

I have the guide, and 49 channels show, but I can’t get any of them to load video.

This means the tuner is not sending any video data. Make sure it’s able to tune into channels with the HDHR app?

I am able to tune channels and watch TV with the HDHR app. I can’t get anything either through Safari (local URL or remote URL) or the iOS app on live TV. I am able to play recordings remotely and locally.

Do I need to reinstall something? I’ve restarted the Channels server, to no avail.

Does making a new recording work?

It seems like the DVR is unable to talk to your HDHR for some reason. Maybe try ‘scan for network’ in the HDHR section on the DVR settings tab.

Also see if the Channels app is able to watch tv on your local network after turning “tuner sharing” off on the Settings tab of the app
