Remote access issue

DVR access failure help me please! The request timed out.

Probably need more information. Start with rebooting your DVR, and closing out your iOS/ tvOS clients and trying again after the server reboots.

Ive done all the things you said and still have the same problem ive reset it and it started happening ever since the last update. Before the update it would work fine, it works with only using the internet but with the app thats where it doesnt work, what can i do to fix it?

Which update are you referring to?

Check to make sure that bonjour is check makes on the web interface.
