Remote Access Issues - spinning icon

I've successfully set up remote access for Channels, and confirmed that I can access my.channelsdvr.net from outside my home network. I can even see the channel grid of current TV shows, but for some reason when I try to watch a channel, I get an endless spinning icon and nothing ever loads.

Only thing that is odd is under the remote access settings, when doing automatic it defaults to port 8090. I've added 8090 to my port forwarding, no success. I've tried the manual setting up and used 8089 and set up port forwarding, but that doesn't help either.

Any ideas?

I turned off "Use HEVC for transcoding" and seems to be working again...think that got turned on inadvertently at some point. Thanks for help!
