When trying to initiate a remote access connection to my channels DVR server and a VPN is active on the server & the client device, the connection will fail.
The error message states port 8089 is not open on my router. Although it is, the VPN exposes an IP address different from my router's IP. Channels is evidently using an IP found in the setup traffic and assuming it is mine.
Short of shutting down the VPNs, what solutions are available?
