Remote Access - Spinning "Requesting HTTPS Cert", then no Access

Yes, checked several times. IP number is coming from the router settings (not typed by me, but they are correct). I only added 8089 port number to external and internal port values. I selected TCP - correct?

As noted: My Plex server is accessible via similar port forwarding

Does your android device settings allow the channels app access to cellular data?

Yep, data access avail on cellular.

Does my.channelsdvr.net load over LTE?

Please also try updating your DVR to pre-release.

Already updated to pre-release. No effect.

my.channelsdvr.net from my Android device (with WiFi "off") returns: "You do not have out of home streaming enabled."

You have to make sure that getchannels.com/account says markp99dvr before my.channelsdvr.net will work

Thanks. Using the link provided, I signed-out and back in as markp99dvr.

Clicking the Android app produces the same result (~Unable to discover server).

Trying "my.channelsdvr.net" produces the same message: "You do not have out of home streaming enabled."

Maybe a fresh server install w confirmed login credentials?

Does clicking this make any difference: http://192.168.86.99:8089/auth/refresh

When I try to connect to your public IP on port 8089 it isn't connecting. Are you sure portchecker.co is showing 8089 as open for your public IP?

Tried that again just now. Only change I see is the Remote Server change:

From: 192.168.86.99:8089
To: 10.5.0.2:8089

My router port forward rule is for 192.168.86.99:8089.

Totally confused now.

Port checker is now reporting my external IP as: 37.xxx.xxx.xxx. Port 8089 on that IP is Closed. Port checker was reporting 72.xxx.xxx.xxx as my external IP.

Who is your internet provider and is this box checked or not checked

Rice, ISP is Xfinity. Tailscale is NOT checked.

Sounds like a VPN or something if your remote IP is wrong

Ahh, Friggin' VPN was paused, but re-awoke. Sorry.

SO, now with VPN OFF, my external IP 72.xxx.xxx.xxx port 8089 reports as OPEN.

Okay confirmed. So now what happens on my.channelsdvr.net

You can verify your ip and compare to port checker https://www.whatismyip.com/

Rice,

Port checker and whatismyip addresses match. (Note: its 71.xxx.xxx.xx. not 72.xxx.xxx.xxx as fat-fingered above)

Tmm1,

my.channelsdvr.net still returns "out of home streaming not enabled"

Thx for your inputs!

Sorry, took me a minute to figure out scrolling screen grab. Let me know if this is not what you wanted.
