Should I logout and back into my OTHER Channels account and Cancel (markp99 vs markp99dvr)? I noted the monthly plan/payment/cc and last payment date all matched - are these duplicates?

Yes you need to cancel the markp99 subscription. There are no DVRs attached to that account.
