Remote Access: Too Many Redirects

When trying to use the Remote Access feature of the DVR, I’m getting a “too many redirects” error, both from a remote iOS device, and when visiting the URL shown in the DVR setup page from the device the DVR is hosted on. I’ve tried clearing my browser settings and re-signing into Channels but am still receiving the error. Anyone had any issues with this? Thanks!
