Interesting, my router is at 192.168.0.1 which I also had trouble with.
Mine is 192.168.1.254

I know my port forwarding works, because I configured it for Plex and works fine.
Looks like the router might not support automatic port forwarding, so just setup a manual rule like you did for Plex. The port is 8089.
My router does not support uPNP so I did setup a manual rule for port 8089. Does not work.
Sorry the UI appears to be more confusing than we intended. If you have forwarded the port manually then you can uncheck the box. All it does is try to port forward for you.
