I’m pretty sure it’s Tailscale that messed things up. I can’t even access the server remotely.
Huh. That’s surprising it would impact remote access at all.
If you turn Tailscale off does it fix it?
Turned off Tailscale and the issue persists. M3U still can’t be added as well. Not sure what really happened.
Thank you @eric for your assistance, I had to manually reconfigure Tailscale, turned it off added the M3U and it worked. Then I reenabled Remote Access and it’s working flawlessly.
The M3U issue is fixed, Tailscale works great. But I’m still getting that error I provided earlier abut unauthorized access.
Wait, I am sorry for jumping the gun. It’s all good. I figured out the issue. It’s Brave Browser on iOS. I have nothing configured that would block me from accessing the url. DuckDuckGo on iOS works perfect. Will dig deeper now.
Cookies error on the browser. Had to reset the cookies works flawless now.
