Remote connect not working

simply put, sometime in the past 12-24hrs i’ve stopped being able to connect to my DVR remotely ( my.channels.net ). my DVR is up and running. can access it fine on the local network through web, iOS. when i leave the house, my Channels app as well as the web access aren’t able to see my DVR. i’ve restarted the DVR, doesn’t help. haven’t rebooted the computer it’s on yet, i’ll do that now.

Try disable and re-enable the remote access option

i tried that previously and it didn’t seem to help. just tried again, and now it seems to be resolved. weird. did you do anything on your end?
