Remote DVR connection unreliable

I've had pretty good consistent reliability with Channels DVR away from home but today I'm receiving errors that I haven't before.

"DVR Access request timed out"
"LTFramework.DiscoveryError error 3"

Or, when I open the iOS app and hit connect, it takes me to the webpage, I click Authorize, takes me back to the iOS app, and it crashes.

Nothing has changed with my router settings, and when I open DVR Troubleshooting page, all checkmarks are green, including Remote Access.

Is there some part of the Remote DVR process that relies on a Channels company-owned server that's having issues today?

Please go to Settings -> Support -> Submit Diagnostic Logs from your device and let us know when it's been submitted so we can have a better idea of what was going on.

Thanks, I submitted it. It's connecting fine at the moment, but maybe the crashes and errors from earlier today will be in the logs.

Are you running Anti-Virus software? I'm seeing some errors while the DVR is trying to update as well as outgoing connections that should succeed that are failing that has prevented your DVR from updating to the latest release that came out yesterday.

Separately, I see you've set your HDHomeRun EXTEND transcoder to "mobile". Did you do that to resolve problems you've run into? We suggest setting it to "none" and letting the DVR do transcoding for you if needed. It will give you higher quality recordings, etc.
