I have remote DVR enabled and working with manual port forwarding. In order to limit the scope of what can see the open port I have narrowed source addresses to only what is needed. There is a forward for the intended client and a Channels server used during authentication. The authentication process seems to involve a request from an AWS (Amazon) so I have a large range (/9) forwarded to accommodate some movement. Every few months I will have to update the AWS range based on where the compute has moved. Is there a DNS name I can monitor to know where the authentication process will come from?
