I have everything enabled correctly but Channels always reports it can't reach my server after login. The troubleshooting tab on the server reports "Connected to xxxx8.channelsdvr.net but SSL certificate is invalid." This is confused as I have no installed any SSL certificates for Channels. What's going on here?
Try turning off remote access and then back on
