Thanks everyone for all the help!

Now able to stream remotely over cellular with changing transcoding to software. Although picture is fine audio is intermittently choppy.

Any suggestions? Cellular connect testing solidly ok for jitter (under 25ms) and Speedtest (100mbps)

If you pause for a couple seconds and then let it play does it fix the audio issue?
