Remote streaming stopped working

Hello,
I have been running Channels DVR Server on my Nvidia Shield for a few months now for out of home viewing and the streaming has worked great. However, since Friday of last week I cannot get any streams to start even at the lowest 240p quality setting. I have checked and my Shield has the latest DVR Server from Google play, has been restarted, and streams to devices on my LAN just fine.

Out of the house I can connect to the server remotely without issue and speedtests show 20Mbps+ when I am connected but as soon as I select a channel to stream it just loads forever. This issue is independent of platform as I tested out of home streaming with both an iPhone 8 and Fire TV 4K. All my network equipment has been restarted and my ISP is claiming no changes were made on their end and have pointed me back to the software vendor (Channels DVR) for support.

Has their been any changes or new ports that need forwarding for the DVR Server to stream outside the home? It seems like if I can connect and load the guide screen, and get a decent speedtest, I should be able to load a stream but it just sits there with the loading 'spinner' forever and never loads anything :frowning:

Any help or info on things to try would be most helpful. Thank you!

Can you load my.channelsdvr.net over LTE?

Does the Log tab of the dvr show any errors?

Wow. I am embarrassed and apologize. I completely forgot the web interface had a log tab. Reviewing the log made the issue clear: something had filled the connected USB drive so Channels DVR had no space available to transcode any streams. Thanks for your quick reply. Very happy it was an easy fix
