Remote Viewing - Can I Adjust Quality Remotely?

Just as the title says: I set up Channels at my camp for remote viewing on an Apple TV. Is there a way I can adjust the settings on the server side to restrict the quality to 720p 3Mbps or do I physically have to change this option on the Apple TV?

I see the settings on the server for Web Player but I’m guessing this doesn’t carry over to clients unless they are using the web browser.
