Remote Viewing not working after move to different PC

I have recently moved my channels server to a different PC (Windows 10). Since then I can't get to channels when not on my local network, in this case my Android phone. I have uninstalled and reinstalled Channels DVR on my cell, didn't help.
When I go into Channels on my cell it gives me a Welcome Screen, tells me DVR server could not be discovered, and to visit https://getchannels.com/install. It has Try Again and Connect to Channels DVR buttons.

Any ideas?

Does my.channelsdvr.net work?

Likely your router is pointing to the wrong IP for the port forward.

Check portchecker.co for port 8089 to make sure it's open
