Yeah, set quality to original. Works great

It already is. Set "Internet Streaming" to "Original" in the Settings > Playback > Streaming Quality in your client app.
Wow. Thanks. I was thinking Channels should release a clustered DVR with two RPis one for DVR and one for encoding. 
Or just use anything besides a raspberry pi and you won't have an issue
I just put an order for Nvidia Titan RTX. j/k
