Remove case sensitivity from advanced pass title condition

Can't envisage why this being case sensitive is of any use but it has caused me to miss some recordings as a result

Specifically, I had one set for Cbeebies but some episodes were titled CBeebies so didn't record

Edited to add that the DVR Web UI Search is case insensitive.

Probably a bug, especially if search works differently.
