This is what I see when I try to remove either of these and I want to delete them. How do I do this?

You cannot delete them. ChannelsDVR discovers them automatically. If you are no longer using the Primes remove them from the network.
if they are no longer on the network you can try ...
curl -XDELETE http://yourip:8089/devices?ip=deviceip
I'll do that as they are 100% not on the network any longer and sitting in a box.
Update: no love -- that did not, in fact, remove them. Mystery. I even did a rescan of the network and it's still listing them.
Did you restart the server ? if not do it.
