I tried emailing a few days ago, but got no response so here’s my problem. My subscription expired and I renewed my subscription went to the welcome to channels page and start. My subscription takes me to the channel’s account page recognize my subscription is active anytime I try to get into anything it takes me back to the welcome to channels page I have deleted and reloaded the channels app and that hasn’t work. I get the same pages.
