Need to put something on the side like Emby where you can just push over and go to T for example and it will take you down to the titles that start with T. If you have a zillion titles in your collection it takes a long time to scroll down to get to the T's. If you go over and hit T it will take you there instantly!

Great idea!
While I agree this would be nice, there is a half measure for iOS/iPadOS clients. When using inertial scrolling a display does appear in the right margin; it does not show letters, but does allow for quick navigation further distances away in the view.
Zero Apple devices for me!
