Rescan DVR library?

I have both Plex and ChannelsDVR installed on my server. They run as Docker containers. I was playing around with Plex and wanted to see if I could see the Channels DVR library in Plex (just one show - Jeopardy!), so I added the ChannelsDVR > TV folder as a library in Plex. It worked and I could see the show in Plex. However, all of the recorded episodes disappeared from Channels. I confirmed the recorded episode files are still there in the file system. Additionally, the episodes were viewable in Plex.

I removed the library from Plex but the recorded episodes still don't show up in Channels. I double checked and the episodes are still in the TV folder of the ChannelsDVR folder. Since the issue occurred, Channels recorded a new episode of the show and it does show up in the Channels DVR library. Is there a way to "rescan" the DVR library so it picks back up the missing recorded episodes? I'm not sure what Plex did that caused the episodes to go missing in Channels.

Weird. All I can think of is...
Did Plex rename the recorded files or the show directory they're in?
Did you do anything in Channels like purge deleted (that would remove them from the Channels database if the recorded filenames were changed)?

Do they show up in Channels DVR Trash?

Thanks for the suggestion! I checked in the trash, and all of the episodes were in there. I was able to restore them. And come to think of it, the problem had nothing to do with Plex. It was completely user error. Around the same time that I set up the Plex library, I also deleted some episodes I had already watched. In the process, I think I accidentally deleted all episodes by hitting the Trash button at the top of the series page instead of selecting the Trash function in the Actions menu after selecting the episodes.
