Is it possible for files selected for deletion to be actually stored temporarily in a separate folder, say for 30 days, or just 7. Then be able to access them and restore them to the recordings section. Then if they aren’t restored within a set time, then they get permanently wiped. Basically give people the option to restore shows if they accidentally delete the wrong episode.

“My Mrs deletes things…”. This is the reason I want a “personal” or my “user” watch list. In the past we simply had 2 DVR’s in a whole home setup. She would manage hers and I would manage mine. Sometime we would have duplicates but mostly our lists are not the same. Besides the deleting I want to have a watch list of only what I have not seen yet. But I also don’t mind a option for shows going into a “watched” folder. Kind of like when you delete an email it goes into the trash folder until at some point you clean it out manually or with an expiration.
