Resume watching live channel on another device

I have several hundred live channels loaded into Channels. Sometimes, I’ll scroll through and find something interesting, watch it for a while, and then need to move elsewhere in the house. Right now, I have to look at the channel number on TV 1, scroll all the way down to it on TV 2, and select it (first world problems, I know). It would be awesome if there was an option in On Now or somewhere that said something like “Currently playing on Living Room TV: ” that you could click on and instantly tune to that channel.

I’m not concerned with transferring the buffer or anything (although, that would be awesome, but I’m sure that’s a major change). All I’d like to be able to do is quickly tune to a live channel that was previously watched on a different device.

Hope this makes sense! Is this possible today? If not, I’d love to see it in a future release!!

No, this is not (presently) possible. Other than Channel Collections delivered by Server-Side Settings, all content like that (favorites, buffers, etc.) is local to the client device only.

Yes this would be a great feature add, but is not how it currently works. The only workaround that comes to mind is to start recording before terminating a feed on one device, and resuming the recording on a different device.
