Will Channels DVR Server run on this new board?
Can it run linux? If so it can probably run CDVR
From my reading its just a SBC. If you can install Linux on it. It should run. I would imagine it's no different then running CDVR on a PI. I think the rock5 is supposed to be a little more powerful.
Currently running on a Pi with a 4TB ssd. Smart enough to follow tutorials, that's about the extent of it. I was wondering if the performance boost would be noticeable?
Transcoding will not work.
For the price a mini PC may be a better deal.
