RSN Not Showing As Available Channel

I have YTTV and access to FS South through the Fox Sports apps but it's not showing in my channel list when I scan. I've removed and re-added YTTV.

In addition, today I've lost MLB, FS1, F2, CBS Sports, Big 10. Do I need to email customer support rather than post here?

what you need to do first is post logs and errors so people dont have to guess.

I don’t know how to do that. I didn’t see anywhere in the channel list to log it.
