Running Comskip

I noticed a number of glitches during playback of an in process foot ball game that I had not experience last week after getting it plugged into the correct switch that support Gigabit Full Duplex. (1 playoff game today) so I wanted to turn off comskip for the second game that just started to record. It seem like comskip is an all or nothing thing here on Channels? Is that how it works, we cannot turn it off for shows we don't want it ever to run against? (like PBS shows as an example?) I did shut off / disable comskip as that is the only thing other than a check box for turn off/on live detection. I was thinking there would be something in the Advance Pass config but could not see it if its there.

Also, what does that option to "re-detect commercials" for a show do if its all turned off under Live TV & DVR?

You can turn it on and off globally.
You can enable and disable it for specific channel numbers (have to use a commandline curl command).
You can enable/disable it for specific shows (once you have recorded at least 1 episode).
You can re-detect commercials using comskip on a recording whether comskip is enabled or disabled.

It's been requested before. Would be nice.
