I'm guessing it has something to do with some ID in the guide that is different?
The issue is guide data isn't different. The data is duplicated which causes a duplicate recording.
In this case, shouldn't Channels see that it's the same movie on two different channel numbers and just record one ?
It says Qued that does not mean both will be recorded.
OK. I will confirm tomorrow morning.

Pluto lists them with different Series ID's so Channels thinks they are two different movies.
You can see for yourself by doing a search for the movie name and you'll see two search hits.
Open each and view the url to see the Pluto Series ID in the url.

Quick update: I got 2 recordings of the movie. Not surprising as @chDVRuser explained.
So keep this in mind in case this happens to you. You can quickly confirm with the search method described by @chDVRuser.
