Saving recorded movies into sub folders

Would it be possible to be able to have recorded movies stored into sub folders similar to how TV series are stored.

File structure as an example:

  • C:/Movies
  • C:/Movies/Movietitle (year)
  • C:/Movies/Movietitle (year).ext

Thanks for the feedback. There's no plans for changing the directory structure of how recorded movies are stored.

On my Windows 10 machine, when I have a lot of Channels DVR recorded movies in a folder, Windows Explorer has trouble showing contents of that folder and Explorer crashes.
Having Channels create a folder for each movie, would certainly fix the problem.
My workaround is to either use a different file browser or browse to the Channels Movie folder through the network from a different machine.
