On a TCL 1080p TV w/ Google TV 11 (model 32S350G) all video playback in Channels is incorrectly scaled to 720p instead of 1080p. The same issue occurs on all Video Decoder settings (Hardware, Hybrid, and Software) and on live, recorded, and local content. This is happening on the latest Android beta v2023.10.03.2031.

Additionally, the navigation menu spacing is incorrect since "On Now" overlaps the logo, and strangely the "Kids" icon is much larger than all the other icons:
