Scanning for Strm Files?

Can someone help me with this:

Channels DVR Server routinely scans for stream files and adds them to your library. If you want to add them right away, you can run a manual scan in the Local Content section of Settings in your Channels DVR Server web admin.

I checked settings in both the app and the server and can't find "Local Content" section, and I can't find anything that would allow a manual scan. Where is it?

I also found this in the Support section...

... but I can't find a "Personal Media" section either.

Local Content was renamed Personal Media.

This is found under Settings > Sources, where you would have set up your personal media sources to index your Stream Files in the first place.
