Since the latest update, scanning TV SHOWS for new additions no longer works. MOVIES however does. All reboots and clear caches completed and I have tested multiple times. Filenames are correct as others added days ago. HTTP LOG shows no errors.
Could you give a couple examples of the full path to a file as well as submit diagnostics from the DVR so we can try to replicate it?
Full path in TV SHOW folders /volume2/PlexShows2 (it has always read it until today)
I added "The.Acolyte.S01E07.mkv" to /volume2/PlexShows2\The Acolyte\
There are 6 others in the folder that were read by Channels. (see screens)
Tried adding Season 5 of "Good Times" to /volume2/PlexShows2\Good Times\ (same naming convention as the other episodes all in one dir. Today channels won't read them)

Thanks for the info. It appears that we're getting tripped up with how the PlexShows2
directory name is interacting with some of the changes we made. Unfortunately the s2
at the end of the directory name is being mis-interpreted. I'm looking into what we can do about it.
I can simply rename, and rescan on my end. Thank you for your help.
