Scheduled recording channel mismatch on clients

I have an OTA channel that is duplicated on an ATSC3.0 channel which only use when there is bad weather.

The usual channel I have set a recording to is 2.3. I had to manually set this in the edit options on the web interface. This seems to work fine in the schedule and it eliminates the ATSC 3 channel.

However the clients are seeing the recording scheduled on 102.3

I sent diagnostics from apple TV clent
