Scheduled recordings not recording

It happened couple weeks ago, then fixed itself, and its back with same issue.
Recording scheduled, highlighted as recording on guide, not showing up in recordings after program starts, nor after it ends.

Also on scheduled recording list it shows scheduled recordings for several days of past days.

What does the Log say at the time of the recording if you scroll back and look?

I dont have that, top of dvr settings page is amount of storage I have available.
